Scott was just here for my six month maintenance and did a thorough job. He ensured I understood everything that needed to be taken care of. He was informative and very professional. Really appreciate his work.
Where do I start. First, I want to compliment the professionalism exuded by the staff of Mid Fl I have encountered along the way. Very good company to do business with. Second, Kosha and Jacob were very efficient they worked as a team and got the job done. They were tasked with removing my 11 yo system and replacing that system with a newer and more efficient one. Upon their arrival they were ready to start and got down to business. With little hesitation they were able to install my system and answered questions I had about the process. And they were very friendly. Jacob worked efficiently without interruption. He handled his part of the assignment with ease. While Kosha attended to the other part. I must say they are well oiled machine. I am so happy with the service I received and look forward to working with you guys again. So my 5 star rating is what I think of my service I received today. Thank you so much. If you need your system repaired, replaced, or maintenance you won't go wrong.

Today was my six month maintenance for my system. Robert was my technician and he was thorough with the process. He informed each time he thought it was necessary. Courteous and professional. I am very satisfied with my service I received today.
