We are very greatful for the service we received from Mid FL Heat & Air recently AND in the many years past. Our first technician Carlos O. was a savior coming on a late emergency call a couple days ago. Very knowledgeable young man. Kept me 'in the know' at all times. Got us running with cool air for a couple days til we had a new updated AC system installed 2 days later. Seth & Ty were the techs that arrived for our install. They worked very well together and for the most part everything went pretty smoothly. Until a hic-cup with an upgrade we had on our old unit that was transfered to the new unit. Seth & Ty called the boss man Garrett and he resolved two issues over the phone with 'not a problem' at all. That made us feel like a valued customer as he spoke that indeed we were! Jacob arrived in a timely fashion for our biannual system check up. He identified that one of our 2 UV lamps had burnt out. Everything else was in excellent working order. He had replacement lamps with him, so we agreed to do the replacement. We were pleased that our system performed beautifully considering the extreme temperatures we had this summer. Thank you Mid-Florida and Jacob for keeping us up and running.

This company does quality work and they are very professional. The service guys are very good at explaining what they're doing and I like the fact that they don't mind you watching them and making sure they're doing what they came to your house to do. They make sure you understand how to operate your system correctly. Also they are very friendly and respectful and that's important.

Ethan is not only professional, but one who cares about the comfort of his clients which is rare to find. Extremely knowledgeable and not afraid to ask for help when he needs it. Although he couldn’t fix it completely today he made sure someone was coming tomorrow. We were surprised that it took over four days to get the part, especially in this Florida heat.
