Very professional technician, Very thoughtful, explained everything and showed us pictures of what needed replacement and how it all worked and why things needed to be replaced. Technicians name was Jason Stephens.

Mid-FL has been there everytime I needed service. Best thing is they are available 24/7. Which can be very useful cause you never know when your going to need service in the middle of the night, which I experienced in the past. John visited for another maintenance of my AC system and he doesn't mind answering questions- I had many 😁. Great Technician! The service I received on a fan blade replacement was impeccable! A younger tech ( Caleb I believe ) came out , was extremely knowledgeable about the unit which was installed in 2006. Replaced my blade ( once ordered ) and a capacitor, which worked but had rusty connections. He explained the whole process and a “ user friendly “ manner . I would recommend him and Mid-Florida again ! Also , I had them come out after hours on a Saturday to diagnose for 150.00 . I thought that was reasonable , as most diagnostic jobs are around the same.

Today was a routine HVAC maintenance call and Caleb was fantastic: excellent communication both before and during the visit, thorough inspection, cleaning, and replacement of only the things that were needed (no “over-selling” items that were still in good shape), and he was polite & pleasant & respectful of my property. So nice to have a qualified and competent tech dispatched to my home! TY, Caleb!
