Have used Mid-Fla A/C for a while now. Just had amazing duct and coil service as well as shared expertise from technicians Chuck and Jason at our Melbourne home. We have the full setup on our 6 year old unit/system: UV, electronic filter at the unit and brand new ducts 8 months ago. Sadly, major oversight during our whole house remodel where we were not instructed to put filters at the returns and ended up seriously compromising our system with all the drywall dust and such. THANKFULLY, the electrostatic filter (which rests at near the air handler) caught most all of the debris before it could do major damage on the unit. (Filter looked like a solid cake by the time we caught it). Estimate from other tech was overkill for what our system actually needed once the Chick and Jason fully investigated the issue during our full service. Their expertise (and speaking with the manager) helped us save $$ (i.e. not paying for what we already had just because it’s part of the pricing package) AND we still get a quality clean of any remaining debris in our ducts, coil, and air handler left over the snafu of remodel. Also, when I asked (as an aside) if the “sound was normal to be that noticeable?”…i had asked other “specialist” and heard varying answers (possible solitons), but they investigated and showed me the simple physics of why our kitchen /main return (20 x 26) sounded louder than one would expect… flow was being restricted by the opening behind the return being a circle much smaller (~18” diameter) than the vent slates on the 20x26 return were bringing in. I so appreciated them widening that space and reducing the “howl”. Very friendly and knowledgeable… great Job guys! Dr. Christian

The new compressor from Goodman had a bad valve. You sent senior technician Barry out and he swapped the heat valve to the bad A/C side. We had A/C until the new valve came in the next day. Great job by all. Thank you
