We have been long term customers and I've always had fabulous service with this company for the fast several years. They've come out regularly twice a year. Unfortunately, we recently had a bad experience with one of the technicians. After a brief conversation with their manager, who is absolutely fabulous, she rectified the situation and sent out another tech. Dustin showed up today and we couldn't be more appreciative of his professionalism, knowledge and just overall reassurance that he has solved/fixed our issue that the original tech caused. I'd absolutely give the manager and Dustin five stars.

Josh helped me out immensely, I called and had an appointment set up same day between 10am-12pm, they showed up and gave it a look, told me what was wrong and were able to get the part needed asap... Also worked around my schedule a little, I had somewhere to be the day of the repair so they showed up super early to get it done and get me cool air again! Extremely thankful for the service! He also provided me with tips and future things to look out for and suggested something that helps with the outdoor fans noise level and brought that down the same! Great service, knowledge, speed, and everything! Thank you!

Called, came same day. Fix the problem and did a thorough job. I subscribed to a maintenance plan. The person that came out was very professional and answered all questions.
