Troy Dilks is not only a very skilled master of his trade, he is also very attentive to the the needs of elderly customers. I am 93, living alone. Troy was quick to volunteer help. He noticed some problems in the attic that I can no longer tined to, and he corrected them. He noticed my bird feeders needed attention and volunteered to fill them. I told him that my grandson could take care of that, and thanked him for the offer. I hope he comes out for the next service, and highly recommend him to everyone.

Troy was very polite and helpful and explained everything very well. He took pictures of everything that he found that needed attention and provided estimates for all the work he was about to do. He was very thorough and helped replace everything that got moved in order to reach the breaker box in the garage. He was knowledgeable and provided excellent service.
