Fast response and quick diagnosis. Mid Fla AC was quick to show up and diagnose the problem with my system. Unfortunately, the unit needs a new coil, and it will take about 7 days for the replacement to arrive, so I’ll be without central air until then. I do wish there were replacement coils available locally, especially since my Goodman condenser unit (model GLXS4BA4810AA) is only about 1½ years old. Overall, I was happy with how quickly they responded and identified the problem. Now I’m just hoping that coil gets here sooner rather than later! 🥵😂

We are very greatful for the service we received from Mid FL Heat & Air recently AND in the many years past. Our first technician Carlos O. was a savior coming on a late emergency call a couple days ago. Very knowledgeable young man. Kept me 'in the know' at all times. Got us running with cool air for a couple days til we had a new updated AC system installed 2 days later. Seth & Ty were the techs that arrived for our install. They worked very well together and for the most part everything went pretty smoothly. Until a hic-cup with an upgrade we had on our old unit that was transfered to the new unit. Seth & Ty called the boss man Garrett and he resolved two issues over the phone with 'not a problem' at all. That made us feel like a valued customer as he spoke that indeed we were! Thank you Mid Fl Heat & Air for our exemplary service we received. 👌🏻 Ms TJ & and Mr M.
