Mid-FL has been there everytime I needed service. Best thing is they are available 24/7. Which can be very useful cause you never know when your going to need service in the middle of the night, which I experienced in the past.

The technician was great. Typically never any issues there. They’re always great to work with and knowledgeable. If I could recommend anything, it would be to allow the technicians or provide another text following the text sent of when the technician is on their way to provide an ETA of arrival. Reason for this is due to the window that we scheduled for (10a-noon), I received a text of technician on his way at 11:34am but didn’t arrive until around 12:30. Thankfully I was able to rearrange things and was able to be flexible to be home while he was here. But on other days, this could have caused issues and others may not be as flexible. Outside of that, as always, everyone was great!

Wesley was the technician who came out perform my 6 month service for my AC unit. He was courteous and professional. He showed me the things that are currently problematic with my unit/ducts and we scheduled the work needed to be done on a day convenient for me. As always, I'd like to thank the Mid-FL Heating and Air team for always being top notch and going above and beyond for their customers. I have been with your company for about 6 years now and I know I have the best service!
