The tech, Lovens, was great to work with. The past few years, the drain has been freezing up despite following correct maintenance. This is the first tech who suggested a long-term solution for the problem. He took time to explain the issue and the recommendation. He answered all my questions. Very polite and professional. Wonderful to work with!

We have been a Mid-Fla customer for many years and have always been satisfied with the service we have received. We have had two AC/Heating units replaced over the years, and when and if we had any problems they were right there to correct any problems. Today I would like to recognize Josh for the excellent service he provided by answering all our questions and installing a Germicidal UVC and Oxidation UVV System. We could not be more pleased with his professionalism as he is the best. Another recognition is Cody who is the dispatcher and kept us informed of when Andrew would arrive. He too is a professional in his field. Once again, can't say enough praise for Mid-Fla Heating and Air and their staff.

Scott was here for maintenance for the HVAC and furnace were professional quick And did a great job. After the installation there was an unforseen problem. After diagnosing the issue, the company covered the entire cost of repair.

I highly recommend this company for any AC issue you may have.
