Had a new unit put in by MFLHA two years ago. Last night, when the temps dropped, the unit stopped producing heat, blowing only cold air. I called in the AM and Matthew Burnett (who has been our service guy on the last few calls) came out and immediately discovered the problem was when MFLHA installed the unit; they did not change the breaker from 20AMPs to 30AMPs for the new unit. It was an error on their part, he quickly replaced and said there be no charge at all as the fault was theirs.
Can't say enough good things about Matthew. He is always professional, polite, answers all my questions (even the dumb ones) and is incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend MFLHA AND Matthew! He goes above and beyond and puts the customer, not the company first!

p.s. He also always gives treats to my dog even though he barks at him. I think maybe the dog has figured something out :)

2 mini-splits installed on different sides of the house. Josh & Sierra were great technicians! Did a great job.

Shane and Scott were very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and personable. The best HVAC technicians we have had. Mid-Florida Gainesville is organized and and always willing to listen and help.

Jason came out with a helper and did nine units on our rental properties. They were very knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. We have Mid Florida maintain our units every six months. They do a great job at a reasonable price.

Andrew is a thorough and professional tech who efficiently serviced, diagnosed and installed new components to our existing unit that will help it run better and make the air cleaner. My husband particularly noted his exceptional communication skills. 5 star service all around.
