I have always believed in leading by example when it comes to performance in the company. In my early career, my duties included running 24-hour service day in and day out, working hands-on. To this day, I am committed to providing prompt, caring customer service and training to our employees so we are certain to provide those excellent work ethics on which we have founded our company. I know how important it is to do the job right the first time. We continually strive to excel in this area of service. Hard work and integrity have built our strong customer relationships. Mid FL just completed my new standby Generac generator installation. Initially there was a delay due to some back ordered items. I negotiated a fair price with Wes Hart and he scheduled it at a convenient time. It was a 3 day install. Shout out to Adam Kuss and especially Shane Nase. Shane is awesome, knowledgeable and seems to enjoy is job. His friendly demeanor and excellent communication and teaching skills to his apprentice and fellow team members made it actually enjoyable to watch. Shane is a first rate electrician/ gas guy/ mentor and I was very impressed. It was clear to me he is a leader and is well liked and respected by his team. Highly recommended MidFL and these individuals. Also Bobbie Reburn deserves a thumbs up as well.

Our AC unit stopped working last night and Andrew came out ASAP today to get us running again—he was efficient and walked me through each step of swapping out the capacitor. Mid Florida Heating and Air took over our account from our previous AC company and have been very prompt and taken care of our needs. Our most recent issue was a slight leak in our Evaporator coil which was fortunately covered by our Trane warranty. Technicians Charles Lloyd diagnosed the issue quickly and ordered the part and Michael Mullings did an excellent job of replacing it with care and getting us cooled off quickly.

Prior to MidFlorida buying out Extreme Air and Heating I had established an excellent relationship with Extreme. The buyout appears to have been a mistake for me to continue the service for my two Mini split units and my two Trane units. Prior to the buyout when anything happened to any of my units the warranty had taken care of all cost. Apparently without any notice I find myself having to pay the cost of any repair parts and wait on the company (Mishibishu) to refund MidFlorida in order for me to get my money refunded. February 10, 2025 I paid $691.00 and to date (20 April 2025) I have received no refund from MidFlorida. I contacted Mishibishu on the matter and still awaiting a response.

My second issue is a $12,137.00 problem MidFlorida appears to just ignore. I have two Trane units installed in 2017 with a 10-year warranty. Documents from the Builder (Joyal), Trane, and the installation company has verified this. Extreme Air and MidFlorida both have serviced these units with Trane handling all parts under warranty without a problem. On June 6, 2024 one of my Trane units required a technician to diagnose a problem. The Technician indicated a part was required and presented his diagnosis as "he was not sure if the part will fix the problem and the cost was extremely high. He presented this new type unit with newer technology as a replacement at a cost of $12,137.00
We asked about the warranty and was told there was not any warranty on the unit. Respecting his professional option we purchase and had the Trane replaced.

Months later I had a service call on Trane unit number Two. A different Technician diagnosed the problem and provided information of the situation and told me the Trane is still under the warranty and check so was the other Trane unit we had replaced at $12,137. After checking with the Builder, Trane and Installation company everyone indicated the same. February 26,2025 I met with MidFlorida Office Manager to address the situation where I felt we were victims of improper information to make a sale. Of course I'm told the situation will be looked into. March 10, 2025, I called to get an updated with only an offer to spend more money on another maintenance plan with no mention of the $12,137.00 I spent for no reason.

It appears this company has a total disregard for it's customer base of elderly citizens, Veterans and myself as a Retired Law Enforcement Officer. As I am under advisement It appears a legal recourse is in order and hopefully no one else is victimized with this type of unprofessional behavior.

Very professional and ethical experience. I particularly loved how the salesman had been employed for many years. Not only did he share the code requirements, the most efficient route for our building size, he also offered a maintenance service plan that will be cost effective and provide longevity. My family has been relying in Mid-FL for about 15+ yrs at this point, for our HVAC needs. They have always been great at keeping the unit in good working order. Often we have the same technician come out. New (to me) tech came today, Chris Clubb went out of his way to do all the maintenance work and I'm pretty sure he even swept up some pet hair that was in the hallway before he got here. This is Florida don't play around with the AC or you'll regret it.

Problems with A/C. Called Mid-Fla and they responded quickly. We’ve been using Mid-Fla 23 years. Mari White arrived and immediately knew by the sound the likely problem. After a thorough check of the system, he gave me a full and understandable diagnosis.

April 4. 2025. It's now a few months latter. AC went out on Tues 04/02/2024. They came Test. & said no can fix. Needs 2nd tech. No one came Thurs. I called 8 am on Friday. They my be here this afternoon @ 3pm. I remember how good Comfort Experts were. WAITING
