My AC unit shut down on Wednesday November 13, due to a defective blower motor. It took a few days to receive the replacement blower, and a few conversations to lower the repair costs of my 4 year old AC unit. The installation of the new a/c unit was perfectly done, on time and within budget. My technician, James E. Was very professional and well versed in the maintenance my unit. He made some reccomendations for the installation of some added features. He explained the purpose of these additions but he did not try to force them on me. He did suggest that I should consider them in the future.

Chris was very thorough and explained exactly what he was doing. I also watched as the measurements were taken on the capacitor and the start assist. He was very polite and I felt a very good tech that is a true valuable asset to the company. This was my second tune-up for this year. I'm ready for the winter season.

I needed emergency service again on Sunday and Mid Florida responded. CJ said parts were required. Stacey called by 9am on Monday and said CJ was picking up the part and would be there by 2pm. When we arrived at our Florida home, the air conditioner was not working. It was after 5 PM and still 80° out, so we were desperate for cool air. I Googled “emergency air conditioning service,” and Mid-Florida Heating and Air popped up. I called and set up an appointment, and the technician, Gio, arrived within an hour.
