Gio was thorough and informative in regard to the cleaning and inspection as well as the work that needed to be done. He clearly explained the function of the parts as well as the potential impact of not addressing the problem now without catastrophising. He was very professional and courteous through the entire time he was working on the system. The system now works without the noise I had noticed, and it's cooling very quickly.
I'm so glad I have the maintenance plan!
