We were provided a great service today. We called in the morning and they came out same day and serviced our AC unit. We signed up for their membership and felt that Kevin was knowledgeable. He provided great information on our unit.

Kevin was extremely thorough and explained everything clearly. He went above and beyond to ensure that our AC unit was working correctly. He gave us information and quotes for options to upgrade our unit without being pushy, just relaying the information. Highly recommend!!

Super service! Ron was professional, friendly, and went straight to work. He checked every aspect of my HVAC system to ensure it was operating according to specifications. Along with this he cleaned the electronic filter, pre-filter, drain pan, and drain line. All of this was done in a timely manner. He is a true asset to your company. Additionally, Mid-Florida took over Extreme Air and Electric this year, and it is quite evident the new owners are continuing the service excellent as in the past. Finally, I like the fact that Mid-Florida reached out to me to setup an appointment for routine maintenance. Kudos to Ron and to Mark in scheduling!

Been working with this company for almost 10 years now (back when they were still known as Extreme Air). They always take care of me even when I’m a pain in the butt. The guys they have working with them are very friendly and professional. They work efficiently and always clean up after themselves. They’ll always be my go to for hvac related stuff.

Travis was very detailed and professional.

Travis did a good job servicing my system. He showed me the benefits of the UV light we had done over the last year since installation.Installed a pan treatment to keep the scum at a minimum.
