An impressive first visit from Extreme Air. Mr. deBenedetto assessed and repaired a poorly functioning and poorly serviced 4-ton system. He explained each issue clearly and solicited my approval before making repairs. His professionalism and success was enough to persuade me to purchase a 2-year service contract. It's not often you see such competence and responsibility.

The technician, Adam came as scheduled and I got a notification when he was on the way. He was polite, professional and quickly took care of the issue.

The technicians that came out to do maintenance on my AC were very professional and thorough. They explained the things they went over and documented each step they completed. James Arnette was one of the technicians, I do not recall the other technicians name, but they were both knowledgeable and professional. I recommend Mid Florida heating & air.My only complaint is scheduling.I was on the schedule for a maintenance for 2 weeks in advance. Took they day off work, just to have Courtney call that morning at 9am and cancel. My appointment time was 11am - 1pm I am disappointed I lost a day of pay. Had they gave me at least a days notice I wouldn't have been out of money and so upset. I understand people get sick and things happen where you will be short staffed however the reason for cancelation was that another service call was priority over mine and they have to reschedule me to next week. Rude! Scheduling needs to improve.

CJ, from Mid Florida Heat and Air, came out to our home to do a maintenance service on our HVAC. He was a very kind man and he really knew his buisness. He taught us things about our system that we weren't aware of. He did an amazing job cleaning our system and he left everything spotless when he was finished. Thanks CJ. We will see you in 6 months!

Mid Florida showed up within an hour of my call to repair my a/c. The technician was knowledgeable and kind and helpful. My a/c was fixed within the hour. Definitely recommend.

Our AC quit working on Friday afternoon. They were able to come out on Saturday morning. CJ pinpointed the problem within 10 minutes! Great service!

Kevin was very professional, knowledgeable customer service excellent
Noah accomplished the yearly maintenance check on my 2 AC systems. He is very knowledgeable about the system, explained options to help the system last longer and services offered by Mid Florida.
Kevin went above and beyond to make sure my AC was up and running. He had other jobs before mine but still came out at 6:30pm to work on my unit. He realized they shipped the wrong part but was able to secure the correct part the same evening and still came back out at 9:30pm to do the fix.
Josh quickly evaluated the air conditioner problem and corrected the problem. He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. Highly recommend Mid- Florida Heating and Air Conditioning.
Installed an air purifier into my AC unit. Josh was very professional and took the time to explain everything.
