The installation of our new AC was very good. Eduardo was very concious of our needs and and he and his assistant did a great job. I had questioned Eduardo regarding the brand name RUUD, and he showed me the sticker that stated the RUUD brand is manufactured by Rheem. So far the unit has performed well. My neighbor complained that it is louder than our old one, but there is nothing we can do about that. The sub-contractor for the shroud cover has not contacted us yet regarding the cover installation over the ducts behind the unit, going into the home. Thank you, Mark and Kathleen

Service technician Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable about my air conditioning system. He only told us two things we need to do flush the drain every 3 months and you may want to put in a surge protector on the air conditioner unit. My next 6 months check up I’m requesting Robert Oesterle to come and service my a/c unit.

Tavaris did a fabulous job correcting a challenge we had with my father in laws HVAC unit. The unit hadn’t been properly serviced since 2024 and the build up of gunk was stopping the unit from working its best. The response time from the company was great and Tavaris jumped right in and fixed the problem immediately. I would highly recommend this company and ask for Tavaris.
