Sean & Rashaad were great! they did a thorough inspection and fixed the problem right away! Edit! I had further issues and they sent out Lovens twice to help fix it. First he inspected the unit and found a huge issue that had been missed by multiple other ac companies, and on the second visit he stayed late and worked diligently to get us cooled. If you have ac trouble call them!
