I was experiencing an issue with my AC unit and called for a same-day service technician to review and troubleshoot the issue. Upon arrival, Cody was able to quickly diagnose the issue and he was extremely knowledgeable on the various components that were causing the issue. He provided me with all of the details of the steps he took while reviewing the unit and next steps regarding manufacture warranty for replacement parts that are needed as part of the repair.
