I am so glad I switched to Mid-Fla Air & Electric. They’ve been awesome and were again today. I called at 2:30 today about an issue I was having. It’s 5pm now and their tech, Charlie showed up, fixed the problem and I’m now sitting in a cool house. Charlie was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Cody did a very satisfactory service call. He also examined the ducts & found areas of mildew, which explains why the allergies were acting up for us. So an Aerosol duct cleaning & sealing was scheduled for next week.

Tony is the best tech I ever worked with. The most experienced, honest and friendly tech that I request every time. As a senior tech, he always diagnoses any issues properly where junior techs have not. Highly recommend mid-Florida air and Tony. They also have best emergency response in the area.

Cody was on call over the weekend and was patient and thorough. I was very grumpy and frustrated as we had an after hours call last week. He listened carefully to what we've experienced and took his time reviewing the system, found the problem and fixed it. He didn't leave until he was satisfied that the system was running properly. I'm impressed and grateful for this competent, very professional gentleman.
