Cody was great! 5 stars for him!! He took time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all of my questions. By far the best service person I've had from here. I would give 5 stars but there have been some issues with not upholding my warranty from the previous ownership. And the pricing seems a little high. Also, I'm not a fan of their AI caller Mark. I prefer actual humans.
