AC System Clean & Check

Air conditioner maintenance involves many steps. Our professional technicians will complete the following steps during your annual maintenance:

  • Clean mold and mildew from coils
  • Clean blower housing and remove all debris
  • Monitor refrigerant levels and check for leaks
  • Clean evaporator drain line to prevent water damage
  • Clean or replace filter for less restriction
