The installation of the new a/c unit was perfectly done, on time and within budget. My technician, James E. Was very professional and well versed in the maintenance my unit. He made some reccomendations for the installation of some added features. He explained the purpose of these additions but he did not try to force them on me. When we arrived at our Florida home, the air conditioner was not working. It was after 5 PM and still 80° out, so we were desperate for cool air.
