They saved me a lot of money... $10K+. AC blew when we were on vacation over the summer. First two quotes, total replacement, upgraded duct work etc. Mid-Florida came out, did a quick evaluation. Our AC unit variable-speed fan quit Monday, May 30. We called Mid-Fla that evening and Charlie scheduled a tech for the next morning. Charlie turned out to be the tech and quickly diagnosed the problem: a blown fan motor. He had to visit a Trane warehouse for a replacement motor, and our unit was working as good as new by early afternoon. Charlie is a pleasant, friendly and competent tech.

Service technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and even wore slip-on shoe covers when accessing AC unit in house. Only thing I was unsure of is invoice indicates the lighting surge equipment was discussed and I do not recall discussing that and if it is still protecting my AC unit along with proper coverage.
